This is What Happens When a Master Carpenter Has His Way With an I.M. Pei

Very few of us would look at a perfectly-fine I.M. Pei condo and think it could use a little jeuge. But that's exactly what happened when a 'renown wood worker' took a look at this one bedroom, one bath river-facing condo at Society Hill Towers. And the result is singular. Asking $310,000 plus about $500/month in HOA fees, the current owner 'used his creativity when maximizing the space by adding artistic built ins and custom closets.' That brocade wall in the bedroom? It's a custom carved wood closet. In addition, most of the furniture 'and contents' of the condo are negotiable.
