This pre-civil war Chestnut Hill victorian, renovated in 2004 (and most likely a few times before that because plumbing), has been listed for $529,500. Featuring five bedrooms and two and a half baths, the house features an open floor plan on the first floor, and a kitchen with a gas stovetop and built-in antique Victorian dresser. There's a full bath on the second floor, and another one on the third floor, and the unfinished basement contains the laundry and utilities. The real gem, though, is right outside the back door: an extensive architect-designed garden featuring mature shrubs and perennials. Bonus: 'Mature' means you can pretty much just google how to take care of perennials (water, etc), and take all the credit for their livelihood thus far.
