Center City Has Some Hot Neighborhoods. But Just Which Ones?

Overall, greater Philly home sales have been up by 13.8 percent from 2014-2015. And 7,124 homes have been sold in the first six months of 2015, up from 6,243 the same period last year. But some neighborhoods may be driving that gain in sales more than others.

Philly has some particularly desirable hoods. Are you in one of them? Chances are, you might be--Philly Mag reports that the latest HomExpert report has deemed five areas to be the hottest places to live in Center City, based on the number of homes sold within the first six months of 2015.
