Tudor Estate Defies the Paradox of Choice, Asks $1.7M

Photos via RE/MAX Executive Realty-Bryn Mawr

Set on two and a half acres in Ardmore, this six-bedroom, five and a half-bath abode features a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Asking $1,700,000, the house features pretty much every design element known to man ensconced in its unassuming stone and stucco exterior. There's a gum wood-paneled library, a glass-walled breakfast room with inlaid tiles and an antique wood-burning stove, there's antique-y leaded glass lining the main stair, there's a few bold choices in the kitchen, and we can't quite figure out what's going on in the space above it, but it apparently includes a "laundry loft," accessible via a full-sized elevator. The master features a "sleeping porch," and there's a pool, and a three-car detached garage that is currently used as an office, with a three-bedroom living quarters upstairs.
