Flights were grounded, the Wall Street Journal went down, and the Stock Exchange suspended trading. Pretty much, it was the end of the world yesterday. So when this drone video of a freakish cloud formation that followed that bonkers storm late last month appeared on the Curbed Philly Facebook page this morning, forgive us if we headed straight for the smelling salts. The National Weather Service confirmed that there were indeed no tornados that followed the violent storm. And yet, does the sight of a funnel cloud lurking above the Pennsylvania countryside freak you out, or what? We'll be in the bunker if you need anything.
