The guesses for this week's PriceSpotterranged from $279,000 to $390,000, but there can only be one winner to Curbed's price guessing game. One anonymous commenter was able to nail the asking price exactly with a guess of $350,000. Along with the correct guess, he or she added "The fireplace location is so off." Another commenter asked, "Why is there a pot rack hanging in the middle of the living room?" Do any of you guys feel the same way? Are the fireplace and pot rack placements rather awkward?
