Apparently we weren't the only ones who fell for this ranch in Wyncote when it hit the market in November. The contemporary home was sold on January 8 for $350,000—that's $31,000 above its initial asking price of $319,000. Real estate agent Scott Laughlin confirmed to Curbed Philly that there were multiple offers on the house, which was designed by post-war modern architect William "Billy" Smull in 1951. The light-filled ranch won us over for a number of reasons: The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, the art studio, and robin's egg blue cabinetry in the kitchen, just to name a few. There's also a greenhouse and a Koi pond in the back. Congrats to the new owner of the 2,484-square-foot home!
