It's been about two years since developers began construction on 1919 Market, a 321-unit residential building in Center City. Today, LCOR and Brandywine Realty Trust announced that the units are now available for leasing, with move-ins starting in March. Renderings of Barton Partners-designed 28-story mixed-use development at 20th and Market streets reveal a light-filled lobby with funky light fixtures, a clubroom, and a glass-enclosed media room.

Units range from about $1,600 for a studio to $3,500 for a 2-bedroom apartment. (You can view all of the floorplans on their website.) Renters will also have access to a long list of amenities, which include a fire pit, infinity pool, wine tasting room where you can store your own wine, a pet wash, bike storage, a fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, and a golf simulator. There's also the 5-story parking garage that the building is connected to, and CVS and Naf Naf Grill on the first level.

And for the eco-conscious, it's worth noting that the building has applied for LEED Gold certification. The units feature GE Energy Star appliances, "water-saving" showerheads, and energy-efficient lighting.
