Stunning Andorra House in Lafayette Hill asks $2.15M

It was designed by architect Robert McGoodwin

The Andorra House, a gorgeous stone Colonial home just on the outskirts of Philadelphia, has been sitting pretty on the market for the past month for $2.15 million.

Designed by local architect Robert McGoodwin, known for his work especially in nearby Chestnut Hill, the Andorra House was built in 1920 for William Harper. Harper was the owner of Andorra Nursery, which was once the largest nursery on the east coast.

The 7-bedroom, 7-bath home is a stunner sitting on just under two acres, though it originally included "hundreds of acres," according to the listing. There are multiple fireplaces, including one that’s outdoors, plus beautiful French doors that open to the home’s landscaped gardens.
