An undisclosed buyer has bought the 57th floor penthouse at Two Liberty Place for nearly $11 million.
Philadelphia Business Journal reported that the penthouse, which boasts jaw-dropping views of the city, sold for $10.9 million, or $1,653 per square foot. Dranoff Properties, which took over marketing and sales for the residences in 2015, declined to comment.
It’s one of the biggest sales in a year that’s already experienced record-breaking real estate transactions. In June, the penthouse at 500 Walnut sold for $17.85 million, the most expensive residential sale in Philly’s history. The top floor at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, a completely raw space, went for $12 million.
Below, take a video tour of the penthouse residences in the 58-story skyscraper.
