Round 1 of the 2016 Curbed Cup tournament is complete, and what a round it was. There was a mix of both big-time upsets and not-so-surprising wins, with eight Philly neighborhoods inching closer to being named the Best Neighborhood of the Year.
No. 16 Port Richmond made the biggest upset, de-throning University City from its No. 1 seed. And the closest battle of round 1 was between Graduate Hospital (5) and Kensington (12), with Graduate Hospital squeaking by with a 1.62 percent margin.
