After undergoing an impressive top-to-bottom renovation, this Fishtown home won’t officially hit the market until next week, but that doesn’t mean you can’t sneak a peek inside.

Tonight from 6 to 8 p.m., the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath corner home will be open for a pre-sale open house. During the event, local graffiti artist Gloss Black will be painting a mural.

“The style is a mix of eclectic, classic, and rustic with the use of reclaimed wood from joists that were in the house and exposed brick,” says listing agent Kelly Straka of Lux-Living.

In addition to new windows, plumbing, and roofing, a number of rooms have been completely transformed. The basement, once a dark, unfinished space is now an extra gathering space. And one of the bedrooms upstairs now has a door that leads to a roof deck.

The asking price of the home at 2323 E. Susquehanna Avenue will be $475,000.
