Earlier this month it was announced that the historic Beaux-Arts Bourse building would undergo a $40 million renovation. A DC-based firm MRP Realty bought a controlling stake in the property, which currently serves as a tourist hub for visitors to Independence National Historical Park.
A rendering by BLT Architects reveals a new amenity space for office tenants at the Bourse that will include a kitchen, eating area, and lounge room.
In addition to the Bourse, two other properties will undergo renovations, including 400 Market Street and 325 Chestnut.
