Light-Filled Rittenhouse Condo With Private Gallery Asks $5.75M

The Barclay condo is a combination of two homes

Who needs the art museum when you can have a private gallery in the comfort of your own Rittenhouse home? That comes with the $5,750,000 price tag of this massive unit in the Barclay Condominiums that just hit the market.

The gallery serves as the entrance to this 5,350-square-foot home, which is a combination of two units. Off the entryway there's a spacious living area that features a marble (non-working) fireplace and corner views facing the south.

Across the living area is one of two dens in the home. It includes a library with pocket doors and a custom-built wet bar. And did we mention there are two kitchens?

There are other unique architectural details throughout the 3-bedroom, 6-bathroom condo, including wall cut-outs in the dining room that allow you to sneak a peek into the gallery. In the master bedroom, pocket doors open to a marble whirlpool tub—not to be confused with the other bathroom with a marble shower and built-in wall cabinetry.

In addition to the hefty price tag, condo fees are $4,602 a month, which includes access to a chaffeur-driven Mercedes and the condo's fitness room.
