Muhammad Ali's Cherry Hill Home Chops $70K Off Asking Price

The boxing legend's home features a tennis court, playground, and marble floors

Looks like no one has come out swinging to buy Muhammad Ali's former Cherry Hill home. After going on the market in November, the ranch-style home has undergone two price chops, including its most recent $70,000 cut.

Now listed for $680,000, the 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property was home to the boxing legend from 1971 to 1974. The new owner then made significant changes to the Tuscan Villa-style property, adding a tennis court, catering kitchen, and a glass-enclosed tub.

There are plenty of other features fit for a king, including a beautiful glass atrium, an interior courtyard, a volleyball/basketball/shuffleboard court, a playground, pool, and heated marble flooring. There's also a separate garage that features an in-law suite.

We'll have to wait and see if the smaller price tag on this legendary home will find a worthy owner.
