For this week's Pricespotter, we highlighted a recently renovated Bella Vista rowhouse. Lots of readers took a swing at the asking price of the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, but only one commenter hit the nail on the head with the spot-on guess of $435,000. But for what it's worth, nearly everyone came pretty darn close, with all guesses in the $400-$500K range.
And we weren't kidding about the home's renovation. It sold in 2013 for nearly half of the current asking price, and previous listing photos really reveal the property's makeover. Let's have a look at some before and after photos.
