Welcome back to another edition of Pricespotter. Today's contestant is this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in East Mount Airy. Clocking in at 3,200 square feet, it was was built in 1906 and features a stone wood-burning fireplace in the living area, a spiral staircase, and oak and bamboo floors.

Much of the home has been updated with new windows and large skylights, modern finishes in the kitchen, and renovated bathrooms.

The property itself, which is less than an acre, features a stone patio, landscaped gardens, a fountain, and a gazebo.
