Narbeth Converted Church Condo Chops $50K Off Asking Price

The church-turned-condo once served as a sanctuary

After tacking on $100,000 to its original asking price in January, this converted church condo in Narbeth is now $50,000 cheaper.

This particular 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo at Elm Hall—formerly the United Methodist Church of Narberth—has been on the market for more than a year and can't seem to nab a buyer.

The 3,408-square-foot condo boasts 40-foot ceilings in the massive living area, which formerly served as the sanctuary and pulpit. This open floor plan also features a fireplace, large stained-glass windows and built-in book cases.

Will this holier-than-thou home find a buyer? The asking price is now $1,150,000, plus $542/month HOA fees.
