How Much for a Victorian-Style Townhouse in Brewerytown?

Take your best guess on the asking price of this Brewerytown beauty

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the poll below. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

Welcome back to another edition of Pricespotter. This week's listing can be found in Brewerytown, one of the up and coming neighborhoods in Philly that earned its name in the 1800s due to the fact that it once accounted for half of the city's beer production.

The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house stands at 2,445 square feet just a block from Fairmount Park. Though it was last renovated between 2004 and 2005, many of its original Victorian details remain intact, including the mahogany front door, wood-burning fireplace in the living area, and wooden floors.

There are many upgrades throughout the home, namely in the renovated kitchen and the master bathroom, which features a steam shower. There's also a spacious back deck off the kitchen, and a semi-finished basement.
