Rustic Chic Washington Square West Home Sells Quickly

It's no surprise the recently renovated rowhome nabbed a buyer in less than a week

We're guessing this is a story of, "When you know, you know." A Washington Square West rowhome that hit the market less than a week ago for $650,000 has already nabbed a lucky buyer.

Real estate agent Michael McCann tells Curbed Philly that the home on 1117 Lombard Street sold yesterday. "We had incredible feedback with multiple interest and offers within 24 hours."

The quick sell is not that surprising when you take a look into the 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that was recently renovated. It clocks in at 1,434 square feet and features an open floor plan on the first level that opens to a lovely backyard.

The inside of the home is light and cozy, with oak floors throughout and a brick fireplace in the corner of the living area. In addition to the classic rowhome details, there are modern finishes in the mix, from the waterfall granite island in the kitchen to the rustic-chic bathrooms upstairs.

The renovations also explain the home's price bump from when it last sold in 2011 for $385,000.
