The Civic Design Review released its agenda for its next meeting on May 3, and now we have a clearer idea of what the proposed Cambria Hotel at Broad and Locust will look like.
Pearl Properties, the developer behind the hotel, posted its first rendering of the 14-story hotel in March. The latest design proposal reveals that they plan to use a mix of brick, metal, porcelain wall panels, and glass for the facade.
The hotel will include 222 rooms, 16,376 square feet of retail that will wrap around the ground floor. Amenities will include a restaurant and bar, a small banquet facility, an indoor pool and fitness center, and rooftop deck.
While there were no interior renderings, the proposal states that the lobby will include an atrium and a two-story grand staircase.
The Cambria Hotel at Broad and Locust is expected to open May 2017.
