Southwark on Reed sits between Dickinson Square and Pennsport and will be on the former site of Mt. Sinai Hospital. It will feature 95 townhomes in total, with three different models that vary in size: The Columbus, the Dickinson, and the Jefferson.
This particular unit for sale is the Jefferson, which is 20 feet tall and 2,920 square feet.
