Within just a few days there have been a number of developments on Bart Blatstein's proposed project at South Broad and Washington. Most recently, it was reported that this morning the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) voted to approve the developer's proposal after a two-week hiatus. That's despite the fact that apparently Blatstein failed complete his purchase of the vacant lot and is now being sued by the company that owns it.
