Renderings have been released of a big mixed-use development planned for East Falls ahead of the Civic Design Review meeting on May 31.
Designed by Morris Adjmi / Onion Flats Architecture, the proposed development called Ridge Flats calls for 206 studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units and 20,188 square feet of commercial space.
The proposal also includes a large parking garage on the site that will include 194 parking spaces.
It's a big project for the hilly neighborhood, which is known for its cozy rowhomes. Ridge Flats will be located at 4300-4326 Ridge Avenue, jutting up against Kelly Drive and Fairmount Park.
The design of Ridge Flats has changed significantly from what Onion Flats Architecture currently has posted on their website. What do you think of the changes?
