Charming Rittenhouse Square Trinity Asks $349K

That price tag will buy you 675 square feet of space

You can find a lot more in Rittenhouse Square than multi-million dollar penthouses and condos. Take this charming Trinity, for example, which just listed for $349,000.

Like with all Trinities, that price tag won't buy you much space: At 675 square feet, the 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is certainly on the smaller side. And it looks like the tiny kitchen means the refrigerator had to move to the basement.

Still, it has lots of character, and stairs that look to be in good shape. There's a big window seat in the main bedroom and built-ins in one of the rooms for extra storage. Not to mention the exterior of the home doubles as an city mural. It's called "Fantasy Landscape" by artist Brian Senf.

Plus, the location is pretty great—that's key when you need a break from the small quarters. It's a couple of blocks from Rittenhouse Square and all of its restaurants and bars.

There's an open house at the historic home on Sunday, May 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
