Craig Wakefield, who is handling the listing, provided Curbed Philly a sneak peek into the home before it lists.

The first floor is open and airy, and the oak floors add some warmth to the large spaces. In addition to the large kitchen and living area, there are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths on this floor.
