Big Reveal: $659K for Recently Renovated Fairmount Rowhome

This week's Pricespotter didn't fool too many folks, despite its major renovations that might have thrown off a few people. More than 100 votes rolled in, taking a guess at the asking price of this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Fairmount.

The majority of people correctly picked $659,000 as the asking price, with $575,000 coming in second.

For what it's worth, the renovations certainly contributed to the $600-plus asking price. This rehabbed property last sold in 2012 for $460,000. And realtor Barb Mulckhuyse tells Curbed Philly that there's still six years left on the tax abatement.
