How Much for a Colorful Graduate Hospital Home?

Try to guess the asking price

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the poll. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath rowhome in Graduate Hospital

Square footage: 2,240 square feet

Graduate Hospital was named the hottest neighborhood of 2016, thanks to its large homes that don't tend to stay on the market for very long. Here, the median price of a home is about $429,000.

But what about the asking price of this colorful home? It's a 19th century rowhome that was last renovated in the nineties, though much of its original details remain intact. Namely, the pumpkin pine floors, the decorative marble fireplace, and wood trim.

One particularly interesting part of the property is the master suite, which takes up the third floor and features an open floor plan; there's no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom.
