Construction crews on the Divine Lorraine apartments have been hard at work since breaking ground last fall on the historic hotel, and the first set of staged apartments should be ready for tours this July.
Domus, the construction company working on the project, shared a slew of photos with Curbed Philly, revealing nearly finished kitchens and bathrooms on various floors of the 11-story building.
"We’re making some great progress," EB Realty regional property manager Ed Casella told Curbed Philly last week. Six units have already been leased and are expected to be move-in ready by the end of the year.
