Queen Anne Style Home in West Mount Airy Asks $625K

The stunner dates back to 1893

On Pelham Road in West Mount Airy, folks can take their pick when it comes to architectural styles. Every single home here was designed by a different architect during the 19th century, which means everything from Dutch colonials to Tudor revivals line the road.

Now, for the first time in more than 20 years, this Queen Anne style home has hit the market, with the asking price of $625,000.

The 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home was designed by local architecture firm Yarnall & Goforth in 1893. At first glance, its grandeur is hidden by the foliage surrounding the property. But it's clear from the large wrap-around porch and turret that it's a special home.

At the foyer, a fireplace is to your left and a lovely staircase is to your right. Cozy nooks abound, from the breakfast corner in the kitchen to the one in the upstairs bathroom that's perfectly fits a claw-foot tub. More recent updates include an elevator that travels to the second floor.
