Old City Studio in Wireworks Building Asks $195K

With a surprising amount of storage

There’s always something going on in Old City, especially this week during the Democratic National Convention. So this little number caught our eye when it hit the market this week, given its great location and reasonable price tag.

The 610-square-foot condo is located in the Wireworks Building, which sits on Race Street just a quick walk to Independence National Historical Park. And although it’s a studio setup, there’s a surprising amount of storage, including four double closets in the bright red foyer and a pull-down attic.

Like other converted factory units throughout Old City, this studio features original details like exposed ductwork and beams. It also looks like it gets a lot of light via the one set of windows in the living area.

The asking price of this studio is $195,000, plus $247 monthly condo fees.
