Queen Village Trinity is surprisingly spacious and affordable, asks $299K

It’s four stories instead of the traditional three

Sure, it’s a cozy Trinity, but in a neighborhood where the median real estate value is close to $500,000, this Trinity in Queen Village’s $299K price tag sounds like a steal.

Clocking in at 693 square feet, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is actually four stories, an unexpected bonus for traditional three-story Trinities. Those always tricky spiral staircases are there, but according to the listing they were recently re-pointed so they're in good shape.

In addition to the stairs, the one bathroom has undergone some slight upgrades, and the whole home has had a paint job.

Otherwise, a lot of the original charm remains, including the pine floors and the two brick fireplaces, though they’ll need to be re-sealed.

The home is located at 1023 East Moyamensing Avenue, which puts it right on the edge of the Queen Village neighborhood boundary. Homes in this neighborhood hover around $500,000, but recently there have been properties that have listed for $900K and up.
