Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s pricing guessing game. Yesterday, we asked readers to guess the asking price of a four-bedroom loft in the Art Museum neighborhood.
It was certainly spacious, with two-story windows featuring skyline views and a massive walk-in closet. But it was dated.
Space, it seems, won out over finishes, because the majority of readers guessed the right asking price: $739,000.
The condo is located in the Philadelphian, and comes with pretty hefty $$2,490 monthly HOA fees. But perhaps the views, space, and location make up for it.
Thanks for playing along and stay tuned for another chance to play Pricespotter.
