Souped-up $7.2M Barclay condo comes with private gym, gallery, library

And it’s a smart home

One of the most expensive residences for sale in Philadelphia comes with a $7.2 million price tag, which buys a private gym, library, and gallery in one of the poshest buildings in the city.

At 5,025 square feet, there’s obviously room to spare for private amenities in this Barclay condo. The floorplan illustrates three bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths. Based on the listing photos, it looks like the gym/bonus room features mirrored walls, which could make for a sweet yoga or dance studio.

To top it off, the home has been upgraded with Smart technology. There are built-in iPads that allow the owner to program the home’s climate, audio, security, and lighting from every room.

Oh, and did we mention that the office has its own private entrance? Or, you can enter it through the master bedroom—but, and we’re not kidding, you’ll need a password.

Along with the $7.2 million asking price, the condo comes with $3,706 monthly HOA fees. Like with all Barclay condos, that includes access to a chauffeur-driven Mercedes S550.
