Welcome back to Pricespotter! This week we asked readers to guess the asking price of a one-bedroom condo in the Art Museum neighborhood. Would the epic roof deck with great views place this puppy in the $500K+ club? Or would the small-ish space bring the price tag down to the low $400s?
Neither, actually. Close to 200 votes rolled in, with 33 percent of people—correctly!—guessing that the asking price was $479,000.
That may seem like a big price tag for a one-bedroom, but consider its location. It’s located at TK Spring Garden, just a super-short walk to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes, and Rodin museums. And not to mention the condo has some smart space-saving features, like a hidden Murphy bed in the living room, plus two outdoor spaces.
HOA fees are $562 per month.
Thanks for playing along and stay tuned for another chance to play Pricespotter!
