A secluded midcentury modern in Penn Valley that was designed by architect Robert McElroy is now slightly cheaper after undergoing a small pricechop.
The 4-bedroom, 3-bath home originally listed in June 2016 to the tune of $699,000. It was designed in 1965 by McElroy, who put his stamp on a number of midcentury modern homes in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
The 2,912-square-foot property was pending sale just three days after hitting the market. But it re-listed again with a smaller tag $34,000 under its original asking price. With its most recent pricechop, the home is now on the market for $649,900.
Will the small $15K cut be enough for the home tucked into a hill to find a buyer?
