Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s pricing guessing game. Yesterday, we asked readers to guess the asking price of a four-bedroom stone home in Walnut Hill. The poll results rolled in, with the majority of folks—32.2 percent—guessing the asking price of $375,000.
But it’s the 24 percent of folks who went for $320,000 that deserve a pat on the back. That’s the actual price tag of this 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home.
It is quite the steal for the area, given its proximity to University City and Spruce Hill, whose grand homes tend to run in the $500K+ range these days. This specific home needs some updating, no doubt, but like we said initially, the potential is there.
