Remodeled Queen Village home surprises with pool, asks $800K

It’s all very luxurious

This 2,475-square-foot rowhome in Queen Village caught us by surprise when it recently listed for $800,000. While it looks like your average new construction with boxed windows out front, it’s all party in the back with an above-ground pool and hot tub.

The landscape architect-designed backyard features the pool surrounded by a deck and a swim-up cement bar. Behind the pool there’s room for a shaded sitting area. Another hidden gem: There’s a hot tub next to the pool that can be covered, serving as extra deck space.

The interiors of the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home impress, too, beginning in on the first floor. The kitchen has that industrial farmhouse-style going on, with its barn doors that lead to the basement movie room and light fixtures that hang via thick rope.

All the upgrades translate to its $800,000 price tag—that’s nearly double what the home originally sold for in 2009.
