You can live in an adorable Trinity on Quince Street for $410K

It’s one of the most beautiful streets in Philly

We recently highlighted the five most beautiful streets in Philadelphia, according to Curbed Philly readers’ picks. If the list had you daydreaming about living on one of them, you’re in luck: A cute rowhome on Quince Street is now for sale.

A Curbed reader came across the listing and sent it our way: The 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is an expanded Trinity that clocks in at 924 square feet. It has the hardwood floors and wood-burning fireplace one comes to expect in a Trinity, though the normally rickety, wooden stairs look like they’ve been carpeted.

The main bedroom on the third level is charmingly rustic with its exposed beams. The full bathroom is also nicely updated with subway tiles, and there’s a bonus room that could make for a cozy office or reading nook.

The asking price of this adorable home in the heart of Washington Square West is $410,000. And heads up, there’s an open house this Saturday, September 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
