Amazing what a good paint job can do

A handsome Federal brick rowhome in Pennsport has hit the market for $375,000 after undergoing a nice paint job, ripping out some yucky carpeting, and modernizing the kitchen.

The 4-bedroom, 2-bath home last sold in 2013 for $247,500. It wasn’t in terrible shape, but it clearly needed some updating. Today, the carpet is long gone and the kitchen has new appliances, cabinets, and a subway-tiled backsplash. The bathrooms have also been renovated.

This before-after of the kitchen shows how little updates here and there managed to make the home look brand new.
