5 gorgeous Fishtown homes for sale right now

↑ 2323 E. Susquehanna Avenue—After undergoing an impressive top-to-bottom renovation, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath corner home listed in December for $475,000. Everything is basically brand new, including the roof deck and cozy fireplace.

↑ 430 E. Wildey Street—Here’s a home for sale that’s still under construction and expected to deliver this spring. The $619,900 price tag makes it one of the most expensive Fishtown homes for sale, and buys you a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a roof deck, floating staircase, and other modern finishes.

↑ 2006-10 Frankford Avenue—Located in the Frankfordian, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo wants $347,900, making it the least expensive home on this list. The bi-level condo has lots of light due to the oversized windows, and has a private roof deck. And although it’s a new build, there are some nice old-world finishes like wide-plank hardwood floors. HOA fees total $247 a month.

↑ 218 E. Thompson Street—Though it may look brand new, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home was actually completely renovated. There are heated tiles in two of the bedrooms, plus an extra sunroom and spiral staircase that leads to a roof deck. There’s also a finished basement with its own full bath. Asking price: $459,900.
