This lovely, recently Trinity rowhome in Queen Village has been on and off the market since March 2016, but now it’s accompanied by some brand new listing photos that help show off its updated interiors.

When the 2-bedroom, 1-bath home last sold in 2015 for $250,000, the first level had some sort of stone tiling, which has now been replaced with laminate flooring. The kitchen’s granite countertops and appliances are new, as well. What’s really nice, is this level’s open-floor plan—kitchens are usually found in the basement of traditional Trinities.

The second story features a second bedroom, also with a working fireplace and updated full bathroom. And up the final winding set of stairs is the master bedroom, with exposed brick. Based on previous listing photos, a wood-burning fireplace has been removed.

The asking price of this home, which sits on a cute tree-lined street in Queen Village, is $285,000.
