The bi-level penthouse at the York Square condo community in Old City is on the market, asking $2,400,000.

With a price tag like that—it’s currently one of the most expensive homes for sale in the neighborhood—one would expect the condo to really be spectacular. It is: The penthouse clocks in at 4,000 square feet and features three private terraces on multiple levels, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a two-car parking garage.

The penthouse also takes advantage of the views. Two of the bedrooms, including the master suite, have their own terraces. And the big, open first floor has two huge windows with built-in benches that have city views, too. There’s access to the largest terrace off the dining area on this level, too.

The master suite on the second floor is also oversized—it has, count ‘em, three closets, as well as a sauna.

Along with the $2.4 million asking price, HOA fees come out to $2,158 a month.
