What/Where: A two-bedroom, one and a half bath rowhome in West Passyunk

Square footage: 962 square feet

This Point Breeze rowhome only sold for $85,000 less than a year ago, but it’s already back on the market looking brand new after undergoing a much-needed makeover. Today, it’s cozy two-bedroom home with an air of minimalism. The design was spearheaded by Studio IQL.

The second story is where you’ll find the home’s two bedrooms, and a full bathroom—the master bedroom has private access to the tub and a sink, and a sliding door separates it from the toilet and another sink.

Speaking of the master bedroom, it features a large bay window so expect lots of light. Closet space isn’t a issue here, either: An entire wall is lined with built-ins.
