A sunny and spacious loft in Northern Liberties with ties to an artist and a former Eagles linebacker has come to the market, asking $615,000.

The 2,300-square-foot unit is on the top floor and was once the home of the Eagles linebacker Dhani Jones, who apparently had good taste in condos, says listing agent Jeffrey Block. Since then, though, the two-bedroom, two and a half bath condo has been transformed by its latest owner, an artist, “who considered every detail of the space.”

The condo faces north, but with extra-large windows and a series of skylights, it’s constantly flooded with natural light. In total, the huge living area has 25 windows.

There’s a lot to look at within the home, though, too, from the concrete floors to the full-tiled bathroom. The loft, with slanted ceilings and more skylights, is a pretty spectacular space, with built-in storage throughout.

Along with the $615,000, unit 6A comes with $715 in monthly HOA fees and a permanent parking spot in the condo building’s garage.
