Cedar Park (3 beds, 2 baths)—Our options this week begin in Cedar Park, where this new apartment is waiting for its new tenant(s) for $1,795 a month. The 1,432-square-foot unit is bi-level and located in a walkup, but it’s never been lived in before. Plus, the unit comes with a private backyard and it’s located on Baltimore Avenue, right along the trolley lines.

Old City (1 bed, 1 bath)—This 902-square-foot apartment touts itself as the only renovated unit in the building. That means all new appliances and finishes, although it’s hard to say if there’s a dishwasher included in that small kitchen. Still, it has tall ceilings, big windows, and is located right in the heart of Old City.
