One of the many luxury townhomes that have popped up in Northern Liberties over the years has hit the market, just two years after it was built.

The three-story home at 303 Brown Street is big and spacious, clocking in at 2,626 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Actually, make that five bedrooms, if you count the extra room on the first floor off the foyer that hides behind a sliding barn door.

The two-year-old home features a lot of gray and black finishes, complemented by wood finishes that help warm up the spaces. The floating staircase, for example, has wood treads with a metal railing.

This isn’t a condo, but that doesn’t mean the home doesn’t come without its fare share of amenities. There are features like built-in ceiling speakers and gated parking, and two private terraces.

The terrace off the kitchen, for example, has built-in seating and an outdoor fireplace. The master suite, which takes up the entire fourth floor, has its own wet bar and wine fridge, making it easy to grab a drink before heading out its private terrace.

The asking price of the home is $849,500 and there’s an open house on Sunday, November 19 from 12 to 2 p.m.
