It’s too cute

After undergoing a recent price chop, a charming Trinity in Queen Village is on the market for $399,000 and comes with some perks not often offered with these traditional Philly rowhomes.

The two-bedroom, one-bath home at 720 Front Street has been on the market for a little more than two months, when it listed for $425,000. But it’s been around for quite some time and is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places. That explains why its charming facade looks so well-maintained.

At 1,190 square feet, it is bigger than your traditional Trinity, thanks to a previous expansion. Along with features like a built-in bookcases in the cozy living room and an accommodating kitchen, the master suite takes up the entire second level.

The traditional wooden staircase switches to a metal spiral staircase on the third level, where there are two small bedrooms. From there, the staircase winds to the small green roof, a nice spot when you need a little breathing room.

Want to see the space yourself? There’s an open house on Sunday, November 26 from 12 to 1 p.m.
