A downright dreamy bi-level loft in an old Northern Liberties factory has hit the market, asking $465,000.

The 2,070-square-foot condo is the second largest unit in the building at 621-23 N. 2nd Street, which was an ornamental cast iron factory in its previous life. It was converted into five lofts in 2002.

Although the unit is quite spacious, the condo features just one bedroom and one and a half baths. The first floor is bright and airy, with white-painted brick, hardwood floors, exposed beams, and coffered ceilings. Beyond the large set of windows are French doors that open to a covered outdoor space—a similar setup exists upstairs off the bedroom.

Speaking of the bedroom, it takes up the entire second level. The full bathroom is something else, awash in white marble and complete with a glass-enclosed shower and a separate clawfoot tub.

Along with the $465,000 price tag, monthly HOA fees come out to $389. There’s an open house on December 3 from 12 to 2 p.m.
