After selling for a mere $80,000 earlier this year, this home in Point Breeze has hit the market smarter, better, and with a higher price tag of $399,000.

The home is located at 1306 S. Carlisle Street wasn’t in the best shape when it sold in March. At the time it had three bedrooms and one full bathroom. But after undergoing a top to bottom renovation, it’s now a three-bedroom, two and a half bath home.

It’s also equipped with smart technology and energy-efficient features, like a Nest thermostat. Those new features are matched with finishes like subway tile backsplashes, custom sliding barn doors, and rustic details including exposed brick and shiplap.

Even the back patio has been improved with a built-in bench and planters.

Got a car? There’s a street parking, but you may not even need it since the home is a block from the Broad Street Line. It’ll also be a short walk from the Lincoln Square development, which is bringing a Target and grocery store to the neighborhood.
